
Delivery Information
At Tinybuddy, we do everything in our power to make sure you get your goods as quickly as possible! Stock-only orders placed before 16:00 CET are normally packed and shipped the same day (weekdays and Saturdays).
If you want to be sure to receive your order quickly, you can opt for "express processing" for 29 SEK at checkout. Your order will then be placed first in the queue and will be dispatched even if our warehouse does not have enough time for all orders.
On each product page you can see the current delivery information. In the checkout you can see the expected delivery time for when the entire order is expected to arrive.
DHL Pickup point
Fast.
Free when you shop for more than 49.90 EUR. Otherwise 4.90 EUR.
Delivered to the selected service point. A notification is sent via SMS to your mobile phone. You can track your delivery with the tracking number or a link you receive when your order is shipped.
DHL To door delivery
Fast.
Free when you shop for more than 49.90 EUR. Otherwise 4.90 EUR.
Delivered to your home by DHL. You will receive an SMS with further instructions once DHL has received the package.
What happens if my order is delayed?
In the event of a delay, you have the right to cancel the order if you do not agree to the new shipping time. If you wish to cancel your purchase due to delayed shipping time and you have prepaid, the money will be returned to the payment method you used when you placed the order.
Sometimes we have to change delivery methods
Sometimes we may need to change the delivery method from the one you have chosen. This may be because our system has made a miscalculation as to which delivery methods are available for your parcel depending on its weight and delivery address. We will then change to the closest possible delivery method.
