There is nothing wrong with the stairs. It is good! However, my dog cannot learn to walk on it. Therefore, I have to return it.

Thought it looked "plastic" but bought it at a reduced price. Is really good. Stands firmly and good non-slip steps. Also takes up little space, you do not stumble on it as you can do on some stairs / ramps.

The steps were a little too shallow for my breed of dog but otherwise it was a very good product.
