Pelle quickly learned to walk in the gap. We can also prevent our other cat from coming in when she has mice with you. We let her in after checking to make sure she doesn't have anything with her.

Easy to assemble. Instructions in Swedish, a big plus! Then it was just a matter of inserting the cat's head into the hatch. Done! Very satisfied!

Good thing it was the same size as our previous PetSafe cat flap, so we could use the same hole in the door. Satisfied so far.

Great cat flap that actually saved our cat's life as he can sneak in and hide through the cat flap and the mean neighbour cat can't follow through the cat flap, because the flap only opens for our cat's ID chip, which he has in his neck.

It's easy to program and a very clever hatch that you can set up exactly how you want it to work to suit your own cats or dogs. The only thing I would change is that it would be tighter, it pulls at the sides of the hatch itself.

The first one I bought was faulty so it "ate" batteries then I got a new one and it seems to work as it should so far anyway.

Stable cat flap with good manual & easy assembly. Last star deducted due to a little too loud noise/rattle when the latch spikes hit up & down. Otherwise very satisfied.

A bit tricky for them to go without scraping. They are still learning. It's easy to add a chip, but it doesn't show how to remove one.
