Bought petdoor with Hub so I can easily control when the cats can go out. Easy to assemble.

Good hatch. The cats have no problem going through.

A bit heavy for the cats to open the door but they are only 1 year old so they are getting bigger and stronger. Happy with the purchase!

Works great with the chipped cats. However, a tunnel is required even if the door is 65 mm although the description says it fits 70mm door. I solved it with a string of sealant.

After 2 days it works perfectly. Very easy to install I must say. Installed in a patio door with 3cm insulation. The app works very well

A little slower hatch than we are used to but the cats will get used to it. Easy to install and program times for entry and exit. Simple buttons for settings if you choose. It would have been great if the hatch not only sensed animals going in but also

Incredibly easy to get HUB up and running - with the app installed, clear step-by-step instructions were provided. There was even a reminder to have a sharp pencil handy for certain steps. The same goes for the setup for the hatch itself. Really good tip

A little delay between activities to notification in the app...Otherwise ??

Great! Highly recommended! Great with the app that sees if and when the cats have gone outside/in.
